If you are told to store the details of an attribute in a text file to be displayed on organization website, is it refering to xml?

eg. Display the details of the employees who have worked in the current month in a text file to be displayed on the organizations website.

If someone tells you to store data in a textfile because he wants to display the data on a website or whatever then HE has to tell you about the format of the file he needs. That would be the way it works. We can't tell you.

No, you're never too old to Yak'n'Roll if you're too young to die.

why store it in a textfile? whozz gonna maintain it? for showing it in a website you can even retrieve it from a table
so we need to understand the reason why they want it in text file in the first place.
