I am logged into the sqlserver management studio in production server using my authentication not service account.Ssis package code corresponding to scheduled job code is in E-drive in prodction server.I didn't find the ssis package code(E-drive) corresponding to the scheduled job .Can you please suggest how can i see the code?
Is the package in the E drive on the server. Does the sql server agent have access to it? If you load management studio on your workstation it will look in the E drive on your workstation not on the server. Similarly if you try to add the job step from your workstation.
========================================== Cursors are useful if you don't know sql. SSIS can be used in a similar way. Beer is not cold and it isn't fizzy.
Yes E-Drive is on the server.Sql server agent with proxy account has full access to it.I am connected to the database in my workstation through sqlserver management studio it is looking for my workstation E-Drive.
When i am trying to do as you told error message came as only a member of the sysadmin server role can add a job for a different owner with @owner_login_name.when i connected to the server through staging server path E drive is there but when i am login into the server through remote desktop it is not there..please suggest me
