Hi,

How to set server level audit action groups values. such as for
successful_login_group (audit login) etc.

Where can I see that values for these groups are set. I checked under security tab there is Audit tab. Under Audit there is nothing. As per compnay baseline values for these groups should be set in old and new servers.

I'm not sure if I am understanding what you are looking for but at the risk of being completely out to lunch...
SSMS->Object Explorer-><Server Name>-> Security->Server Audit Specifications (or Audit).
