What bothers me most about it is the company's ability to remotely wipe my device (well, they would if I agreed to install the ActiveSync, which I won't). I remember reading stories about execs having their phones inadvertently erased and screaming about it. I certainly understand and agree with the company's right to do it, but if it's my device and they're requiring me to hook it up to their network then I need to be protected against a dumbass sysadmin pushing the wrong button.

The new Blackberry phone is supposed to have a built-in separation of personal and business functions and data. Hopefully that will make its way to Android.
