hi, I have a domain/database hosted online and it has been working fine. I have asked for a second database to be set up with the intention of using it for testing and development.

This is supposed to have been done but it fails as shown and it is apparantly our fault!

sorry, thought the error message was obvious. I don't know what this error means or what would cause it.
