Hi

Can anyone help me.

I have deleted a number of test packages I had in SSIS.

Now when I run one of the remaining ones I get a build error.

Error 1 Cannot create the output file "G:\SQL\Proj\bin\Budgets_Delete.dtsx": Could not find file 'G:\SQL\Proj\Budgets_Delete.dtsx'


This is an old package that I have deleted. The package I am running seems to work OK I just get this error message every time.

may be because you've not saved project after excluding deleted packages and each time you run its trying to execute a deleted package which was set as startup package within project

Hi

Thank you for your reply.

I didn't realise I had to save the project.

All I've been doing is compiling and executing my packages.

Is there a way to trace what the project is doing and removed any if my deleted projects

yep...you can see the progress while executing by looking at progress tab
