Hi ,

I got a stored proc in which will i truncate a table load some data in to it. How do i know the procedure executed successfully and what are the best practices for error handling. its simple table with no constraints etc.

any help is much appreciated

Use TRY...CATCH mechanism for handling run-time exceptions
