Is it best to put all scripting in stored procedures only (775 at present), or set up views of all commonly-used selections and then SPs use views with parameters?I as told this design before. Any significant performance change? A bit like normalisation - more objects? Currently there are no views. In EXPRESS edition no indexed views

From a performance standpoint, creating views will not help. Stored procedures will.
