| we have been receiving the msg 0, level 16, state 1, unable to connect sql server "timeout expired" message intermittently when connecting to our SQL Server database. This occurs using ODBC and when connecting with Enterprise Manager.i am using sql 2008r2 workarounds donedisabled firewallnetwork is finesystem configuration is also good enoughantivirus is updatedadded new sql port 1433browser service is in running statePlease give some solution Thanks |
