Hi all,

I have created an user with access to 2 databases. But when I tried to login with that user credentials user got connected but unable to access to the database. But once I have given access on MSDB database user is able to access the desired databases but the same user is able to access all other databases on server.

Please suggest me how to cut access to that user from accessing other databases with out effecting his access to his own databases. I have also checked user mapping tab but in that user got access to MSDB and his assigned databases only.

Thanks,

Varun

Remove the access to msdb. What access remains? Please be detailed. We need to know everything that the user has.
