1. Microsoft Clustering in Windows
2. SQL Server Clustering
3. SQL Server 2012 Availability Groups
4. Hyper-V Clustering

All those rely on direct OU access in Active Directory.

Are there other technologies in Microsoft that require direct OU access in Active Directory?

sharepoint, as an example?
