The ReportServerVirtualDirectory element is missing. Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code. Exception Details: System.Exception: An error occurred while parsing the configuration file. The ReportServerVirtualDirectory element is missing. Source Error: An unhandled exception was generated during the execution of the current web request. Information regarding the origin and location of the exception can be identified using the exception stack trace below. But http://localhost/ReportServer working fine. I verified Report configuration found that Intilization is in Redcross and it showing other instance name which is alredy uuninstalled. can some help me how to resolve the issue
