When I tried to restore the Database I am getting this error

Msg 3013, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
RESTORE DATABASE is terminating abnormally.
Msg 823, Level 24, State 8, Line 1
The operating system returned error 1(failed to retrieve text for this error. Reason: 15105) to SQL Server during a write at offset 0000000000000000 in file 'D:\SQLLog\PasswordFile_log.ldf'. Additional messages in the SQL Server error log and system event log may provide more detail. This is a severe system-level error condition that threatens database integrity and must be corrected immediately. Complete a full database consistency check (DBCC CHECKDB). This error can be caused by many factors; for more information, see SQL Server Books Online.

When I performed DBCC CHECKDB but to no avail and I have struck here.

Can anyone help me in solving this problem.
