Author  Topic  Bryn Starting Member 1 Post Posted - 2015-04-22 : 09:53:49 ISPAC/SSIS project refuses to deploy into SSISDB (2012) either from Data Tools or from Management Studio unless the deployer is made local admins. This happens on one instance only. Same ISPAC deploys no problem on all other instances without requiring local admins. Anyone have any ideas why, for this instance only, I need to be Local Admins to deploy ? The error message is "Failed to deploy project. For more info, query the operation_messages view for the operation identifier '117'". The op (in this case 117) is never to be found in that view. TIA.
