Every once in a while someone comes along with about 10 inter-related posts and you just realize it doesn't matter what anyone says to the person. I think this one ready to be "helped" by JimL1

Jim, you've made it on to my short list of people I just don't want to say "no" to. And I did just get a woodstove set up down there so...it may work out. It's only 1.5 cubic feet so some "pre-processing" may be necessary. Ever see Fargo?

X002548,
I just bakcup the database and the bak file size is 32gb now. I think you are wrong cause the database and .bak file size is almost the same now.

I guess i just read it with hostile intent (on my part).

"...One table where I must run SELECT for each new record is too slow to my app, when there is more than 100k records. Please, do not send me another table, with some columns, beceuse I have done it..."

Yes, it's impossible that it could just be a badly written query, lack of indexes, poor table design, etc. I NEED 10,000 tables.

Looks like you understand dimensionality as it relates to databases no better than the thread starter you're criticizing.
