Too bad Derrick took "Mean Old DBA". But then again, no one deserves it as much as he does. |

What's the obsession with locking WF's threads? The guy is AWESOME. I think you guys are are just showing your inexperience at managing enterprise level forums. If you had 6 years experience leading a gazillion Access projects you would understand. Shame on you all (except Spirit1, who redefines the term "conciliatory"). |

Has to earn it first.
Can't think of a good title for you Rick, any suggestions?
How about "Does Yak all"? Can't do too much, 8 years and still only 2.5k posts. I'm too slow at typing.. |

It looks like only truly outstanding twits get a custom title with a low number of posts.
I believe I got one with about 175 posts.

Yeah, he was cooling off lately.
Too bad he can't keep his opinion out of his posts, when he sticks to facts he usually does pretty well. I think he just doesn't get SQL and treats it like some annoying bureaucrat that won't let him play on the swings. |

Nice "hack", Peso. But a better "Enterprise" solution would be to write something more complex and difficult to test and debug.

I don't mean to break up cocktails and all, but do any of you parsing geniuses monitor the MS Access forum?

No problem. I see you have WhiteFang on your case. He will tell you what to do.

That's the problem: "telling me what to do" doesn't resolve it.
Explanation would be better.

You obviously don’t understand how to build n-tier enterprise Access solutions with full intelli-sense, reflection, re-factoring, documentation and more.
