while Starting the Sql Server (sql express)
it thrown following error

"The request failed or the service did not respond in a timely fashion. consult the event log or other applicable logs for details"

I unable to under stand what above mean?

Open up Event Viewer in Administration Tools. Go to the application log and find the corresponding error. Post it here.

If you're familiar with Powershell - you can also use the Get-EventLog cmdlet to return information from the Event Logs

Mr.TKiZer, I post here the event log information

The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( dealplylive ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer.
