Version 10.50.xxxx is SQL Server 2008 R2, version 10.0.xxxx is SQL Server 2008. You cannot restore a backup taken from a newer version onto a server with an older version. You'd have to upgrade the server to SQL 2008 R2 to restore the backup.

Alternately, you can restore the backup to a different server with 2008 R2, and use the Import/Export wizard to copy the data, and the Generate Scripts task to create the database objects.
