| Hi,I'm having only 1 yrs of exp in SQL Server, but my overall exp is around 4 yrs. Now if i attend the interview they are asking like "Have you faced any critical issues in your environment?", but the fact is i don't face any critical issue in my environment. it's like small level company. So please any one help me about real time issues you had faced. |

Hi vicky.srm87,I haven't been asked that question specifically in interviews. I usually get asked the situational interview questions such as, "Tell me about a time when..." There are a lot of times when I haven't had a situation that they are asking about so I will lead with, "I haven't found myself in an exact situation like that but, if I did, I would start by..."Brent Ozar Unlimited has a set of videos with interview questions/answers that have really helped me out.
