Hi, I'm currently upgrading my current server for a better redundancy.
Current setup: 1x 256GB SDD (OS / Logs) and 2x 256GB (RAID 1) for (data / tempdb) as you see there is no redundancy for the the OS/Logs so I'm going to add a forth drive SSD 256 but there is 2 choices now, either make 2 raid 1 array, 2x256GB (OS/Logs) and 2x256 (data/tempdb) or create 1 Raid 10 array and put everything on it (os/logs/data/tempdb)
We didn't encounter any slow downs with current config, I also posted a picture showing the activity log for the production server after 5 days.
