Hello,
I am migrating a SQLPLUS script to SQL server.
In this script we are inserting several rows into the database.
Before insertion SET DEFINE OFF; has been put so that it
doesn't prompt for a value at each occurrence of '&'.

Now executing it on SQL server I get error -
'DEFINE' is not a recognized SET option.

Please suggest what will be the equivalent in SQL server for this command.
Thanks.

SQL will not prompt at any occurrence of '&'. So the option is not necessary. OTOH, perhaps you should post some snippets so we can take a look at them.
