Have you tried doing a Compact and Repair on it? Make sure you back it up first though.

Golden Rule of Access development is backup often. I can't tell you how much time I've lost because Access decides to corrupt itself.

You can also try opening up a new MDB file and importing the data across. You can also do that with forms, queries, modules etc.

Speaking from experience, which is limited, I've found that "compact & repair" is usually better at "compact and corrupt". I highly recommed that option 2, creating a blank mdb, and siphoning all the objects from the bad one, be used. I also second the "make a lot of backups" statement.

Something else you might want to try is using SourceSafe's Access add-in. This allows you to keep your code, queries and data saved separately in a SourceSafe database. I last used it about 5 years ago and it was a bit clunky but may have improved.
Not a lot of help to you now, but might help in the future.

With regard to Stephen's comments, I haven't had problems recently using compact and repair and I use it regularly. I still make a backup before each and every run, but (touch wood) it has been running fine.
It's also been my experience that the more complex your Access solution is, the more likely it is to corrupt itself. I found this a lot when playing around with ADP's with lots of forms and code.
