Updated SQL Server 2000 Books Online Now Available

An updated version of the Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Books Online can now be downloaded. This update includes these improvements over the original version: - Many suggestions sent in by customers using the Books Online Feedback button have been incorporated into the documentation. - The SQL Server 2000 Desktop Engine (MSDE 2000) setup instructions have been rewritten for greater clarity. - Documentation bugs found after SQL Server 2000 was released have been fixed.
