It's just the title we automatically assign once you've got 50 posts.

At one time it was SQL Posting Veteran, indicating that the person had spent sometime asking and hopefully answering questions about SQL. Instead we usually spend more time talking about beer and/or yaks. Since graz, the tyranical despot of SQLTeam.com, seems to have some sort of a yak fetish he changed instances of "SQL" in the titles to "Yak".

"I can feed four yaks for what it costs to feed one cow. And a yak is five times as valuable as a cow," he says. "That's how you make a profit."

Last year, nearly a half million cattle died in blizzards in the Dakotas and Wyoming; now some of these ranchers are buying yaks, says Mr. Richards. Cattle ranchers can get into the yak-breeding business with little investment, he says: For the price of a yak bull, they can begin cross-breeding to their heifers.

Cursors are useful if you don't know sql.
DTS can be used in a similar way.
Beer is not cold and it isn't fizzy.
