Do you have some examples of the sentences that DO NOT save?
Do you have some examples of the sentences that DO save?

Also, I am still waiting for the output from the query I gave you earlier.

for example:
save this one
"User received fax from abuse department stating that they had suspended his IP due to open proxy issue. Ping and traceroute test did show IP could be suspended. Clarify with abuse department and confirm account suspended, will lift suspension only if they ensure network is cleared."

but don't save this one
"Using ST 585, DSL led stable but internet led light red. User had rebooted the router but still cannot connect. Radius log did not show any bad password."

save partially like that
"Using ST 585, DS"

Do you get any error messages?
Do you run a cached ASP-page which do not have the new parameter value?

Do you get any error messages when saving?
If so, which ones?

You do realize that Query Analyzer and SSMS only retreives the first 256 characters back to QA or SSMS for viewing,
and all characters when update and insert?

Run this query

SELECT DATALENGTH(ProblemAnswer), ProblemAnswer
FROM TempAns

to see what you get...

I can imagine that you have exactly the same problem in your code when fetching the data (as you had when inserting the data).
