I have been setting off jobs for months. The slightest of changes to check. A few extra things to try each time. The longest has been 2 minutes or so before finishing. At 10:52 all 4 steps have succeeded but now after almost an hour the current step is showing nothing - I can't imagine what it could be doing. Still looping? Can I terminate it or tell what it's doing in there? Because it's not debugging and don't think I can terminate it, can I do anything about it?Thanks |

OKI hit Stop Job. Never knew that command was there. I wonder how smoothly that has done this. I wonder how messy that has left this.... it could be any kind of state... |

What do you perform in the job? You can trace it in profiler if it does sql work. |
