I have got the error
ERRORLOG spid51 Error: 5180, Severity: 22, State: 1 Could not open FCB for invalid file ID 2 in database 'Executive_Prod'..

ERRORLOG spid51 Error: 5180, Severity: 22, State: 1 Could not open FCB for invalid file ID 2 in database 'CrystalEnterprise10R1'..

I did search, it says this is problem with Sql 2000 sp3 but my databases are running on sql 2000 sp4 still im getting this error. Can anyone help what could be the reason. Thanks
