Hello,
we just installed MS SQL Express on our remote server.

I just launched surface area scan, as i want to setup remote connections. But not sure what to do, to enable the

1. port ( which i know its 1433 )
2. How to setup remote connections

I enable the remote connections under the server. But still cant connect, as i get the error 1326

Please advice
thanks

The "remote connections" error is often misleading. If you've already enabled it and are still running into problems, you'll need to work through this: http://weblogs.sqlteam.com/tarad/archive/2008/05/23/60609.aspx
