| HiI have a DTS that I had on another SQL 2000 server and on this new SQL 2000 server when i try to set the transformationsi get the following error"Microsoft Data Transformation Services flat file rowset provider Error Description: Error opening datafile: the handle is invalid"I even tried creating the DTS from scratch and re creating the flat file connection, but i still get this message,All paths are correct and I have access to flat file location from this server -- it's the SAME server ...(a shared folder) |

| I have solved it .. strange i can't refer to the flat file destinations as \\172.x.x.x\folder ..etc I need to refer to it as C:\folder .. etc .. which is strange as on the original it was refeered to by IP ... |
