Hi, i am really confused about SQL server licensing.

Here is the setup we have.

One SQL server instance with 4 databases running in it. Only our SQL admin works on the DB (1 login). Other than that the SQL server is accessed through our website which is based on ASP.Net. Do the users who input data into databases using Online Forms come under CAL licensing?

Also, should i only buy the 5 CAL standard edition 2K5 (much cheaper) or should i buy the 1 CPU edition of SQL standard 2k5.

Performance is not an issue at this point.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
