what minimum priviliges I need to grant to a person to be able to give him access to jobs only ?

You need to give permission in TargetServer role in MSDB database

thanks it worked but now i can only see the jobs and not modify them.. i get 'execution permission denied' . I want to grant full access to jobs and dts packages to a user and not anyother admin rights how can i do it ?

I also have one more question , one of our dba's disabled the sqlagent in the database and we can't start it anymore ..how can I enable sqlagent again ?
