Hi all I have Index Question, if your index has a fragmentation of 66.67% isnt that grounds for Rebuilding?? No??

Yes, although in discussions with a Microsoft engineer, he indicated that you probably won't see a performance boost by rebuilding the index until fragmentation is a little higher, perhaps 80% he said.

You'll need to test to see where you get the boost. Currently, I'm defragmenting anything over 10% but I'm switching that to 50%.
