Installed SQL Server 2005 with cluster. And one of the node of MSDTC can be started, the other one can not be started. Check with the microsoft site, this issue fixed in the Windows 2003 SP2. Any suggestion or idea for it?

It's hard to say without the error.

Unfortunately, that's too generic of an error for us to help with it.

BTW- In a clustered enviornment only one Node can own MSDTC resources/service. So you see it running it on one node. Are you talking about failover of MSDTC is not occuring on another node.

Got it, only one MSDTC can be started at one time. Thank you
