I have created a windows security group in AD and added myself as a user to this group. I then added this group to sql 2008 and made this the owner of a DB. However, when I try to login to sql server as that user I get access denied.

Not sure if I am missing something to get Windows groups to work.

Thanks,

Did you logout and login again from your AD?
What is your authentication mode in SQL Server?

E 12°55'05.63"
N 56°04'39.26"
