Is there a way / script to change the SQL Collation and also all tables and objects within the database.I have a query / join that will not run. When I change the collation properties of the dataabase, the problem is still there.ThanksDState Of Mind Photography - It's This, It's That, It's The Otherwww.state-of-mind.co.uk | www.photographersinbrighton.org.uk | www.sussexweddingphotographers.org.uk |

Why not just put COLLATE on your join instead? It is much easier. On Tab1.field = Tab2.field COLLATE Latin1_General_ASetc.. |

you need to use sys.columns and set the collate option to the right collation...alter table...alter column--------------------keeping it simple... |
