Due to an import some characters like é, ë are displayed wrongly.e.g the British pound-symbol looks like & #163;How can I conduct a query on a current database with the alien-characters in order to have them properly displayed? |

Yes, I did import via xmlThe SQL tables can be retrieved. It's just the update query to transform all characters into understandable things. |
