| Hello,I have been reading up on LINQ and watched some videos on it. It looks like a great new innovation, esp for its flexibilityBut to be honest, I dont see the benefits, except for a small quick to do application.But with the growing popularity and demand am a bit confused, how does LINQ Compare to objectdatasource and MSSQL.I thought computing was moving away from fat client to thin client, with the heavy duty work processed on the server ???2. Ability to reduce traffic from the thin client.Your thoughts please, as it looks to me as a glorified version of sqldatasource,especially for an ENTERPRISE nTier applicationEhi |
