Hi All ,

I want to open .TRN file .Iam not able to open with notepad or wordpad .Iam very new to sql server.Please help.

You can't open a .TRN file, assuming it's a transaction log backup file. You have to restore it using RESTORE LOG, but you have to begin with RESTORE DATABASE.
