SQL experts,I really need your advice. I have problem on SQL error codes as listed below:1. Error code: 10054 Row:0select Error: SQLSTATE=01000[Microsoft][ODBC SQL server driver][DBNETLIB]ConnectionWrite(Send())2. Error code: 999 Row:0select Error: SQLSTATE=08S01[Microsoft][ODBC SQL server driver]Communication link failureA) Boths happens immediately once user log on to application using SQL2000 as a database. B) I have to manually log user off from terminal and let user log on again to solve this issue.C) However this repeats happening and happen more freq than before.D) Users in my company are both Terminal and PC, as well as Notebook users.Warayot |

NIC card issues on the server? Is the pipe to small to handle large data requests? Did you look in the event logs on the SQL server hardware?Terry-- A word to the wise ain't necessary - it's the stupid ones that need the advice. -- Bill Cosby |
