Tara,

here is the script that SSMS Created for the Create Table:

CREATE TABLE [dbo].[Memberdata] (
[ID] [char] (10) COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS NOT NULL ,
[Firstname] [varchar] (50) COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS NOT NULL ,
[Lastname] [varchar] (50) COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS NOT NULL ,
[Fullname] [varchar] (50) COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS NOT NULL ,
[Speciality] [varchar] (50) COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS NOT NULL ,
[Company] [varchar] (50) COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS NOT NULL ,
[phonenumber] [varchar] (50) COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS NOT NULL ,
[fax] [varchar] (50) COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS NOT NULL ,
[birthday] [varchar] (50) COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS NOT NULL ,
[streetaddr1] [varchar] (50) COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS NOT NULL ,
[streetaddr2] [varchar] (50) COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS NOT NULL ,
[city] [varchar] (50) COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS NOT NULL ,
[state] [varchar] (50) COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS NOT NULL ,
[zip] [varchar] (50) COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS NOT NULL ,
[Last_Updated] [datetime] NOT NULL ,
[Date_Added] [datetime] NOT NULL
) ON [PRIMARY]
GO

Though since all of those fields will accept NULL input, I'm not 100% sure if thats correct.

I got this to work finally, the query is as follows:

insert into msbtotal.dbo.newclients
SELECT tcms_members.dbo.memberdata.* FROM tcms_members.dbo.memberdata left outer join
msbtotal.dbo.memberdata on tcms_members.dbo.memberdata.id =
msbtotal.dbo.memberdata.id where msbtotal.dbo.memberdata.id is
null

Thanks for everyones help.
