Microsoft have released a security bulletin about unchecked buffers in Extended Stored Procedures. This means that it is possible the execute arbitrary code under the security context of the SQL Server process.

Think I'll wait for SP4 since it should be out very shortly. This is the last day the sp4 rc1 is available for download from the beta site.
