How can I import .xlsx (Excel 2007) file to sql 2005 server?

Thank you so much for your quick replay.
I got solution by:

BULK INSERT BillsSh FROM 'C:\Documents and Settings\s.syed\Desktop\Bills.csv' WITH (FIELDTERMINATOR = ';',ROWTERMINATOR = '\n')

Aha, so your way is then to have a CSV-File
