I have MDF file and Lof file but i dont know how to use it in sql server 2005 . please help me regarding this

not sure about lof - do you mean ldf?
Theee are the data and log files that a database is based on.
To use them you would need to attach a database (on an sql server) and specify those files.
Whether or not they are usable depends on where they came from (was the database originally detached or the server shut down before they were copied?
It would be more normal to have a backup file to restore.

SSIS can be used in a similar way.
