I don't normally write about when I'll be away from SQLTeam, but I wanted to make you guys jealous.

I'm attending SQL Immersion Event this week and won't be on SQLTeam much. Paul Randal and Kimberly Tripp are the instructors. It's only been 3 hours of training so far, and I must say it's awesome!

If you ever have an opportunity to do training with either or both of them, do it! It is well worth the money. I believe one of the topics covered earlier this morning is going to fix one of our production issues. I can't wait to try it out next week.

Rob, he's dressed in typical American attire.

Terry, I'm not sure I follow. I'm not familiar with Sean.

Day 1 was fantastic. It was pure Paul yesterday. He went in depth about internal structures including the ghost cleanup process, crash recovery, data and log file structures, etc.. Today it'll be Paul for about an hour and then Kimberly takes over. Although Paul's stuff was great, I'm very much looking forward to Kimberly's topics. We'll hear from Paul again just not sure when. They take turns doing their topics. They don't tag team the topics.

It's weird seeing Denny without a drink.
