just to clarify, you need to drop that article form subscription, make your change and add it back. You dont have to remove repllication completely.Dinakar Nethi************************Life is short. Enjoy it.************************http://weblogs.sqlteam.com/dinakar/ |

Actually... if you do it via sp_addarticle, only the snapshot for the new article will be generated.Dinakar Nethi************************Life is short. Enjoy it.************************http://weblogs.sqlteam.com/dinakar/ |

I havent setup replication in 2008. but When I setup replication from 2000 to 2005 on a 5 TB database we were getting errors on a few tables. I was able to create snapshots for only those tables. Check out the FAQ from Paul Ibison: http://www.replicationanswers.com/Transactional.aspDinakar Nethi************************Life is short.
