Hi,

I am trying to restore my database but receive the error below. I have been backing and restoring the database before ok.
Any help please;

Restore failed for Server'171.166.11.1'(Microsoft.SqlServer.Smo)

Additional information
System.Data.SqlClient.sqlerror.Restore cannot process database 'GPRDTech' because it is in use by this session. It is recommended that the master dataabse be used when performing this operation. (Microsoft.SqlServer.Smo)

I have restarted the entire server, it did not resolve the problem. I tried to restore another database on the same server and it worked fine. Only 'GPRDTech' gives this error. All other databases are restored fine.

Thanks

Do what the message says: Change to the master database before doing the restore.
