Hi,

Sorry, not sure whether this is the correct forum to ask this question.

I have uploaded the sql data in client's FTP server by connecting server using FTP client with provided credentials.

Client has said that he did't receive the file, but he could see the file when he refreshed the connection.

just want to know what hapened, they did't see the file when it was sent. Is something related to network issue their end.

The problem is on their side if they could see the file after refreshing the connection. I doubt it's network related, more a problem with the FTP server or their connection.
