I would like to create DTS packages with SQL 2008
I can not open the file I saved
with sql 2000, I could do it normally

There is no DTS in SQL Server versions above 2000.
Look for SSIS instead...

SSIS is completely different to DTS.
I am avoiding SSIS whenever it is possible because I don't like it.
