Not really sure what you want but maybe this helps

select object_name(id)
from syscomments
where text like '%PHONE NUMBER%'

(or you can use the new-fangled views sys.sql_modules)

Would either of these be of use? sys.dm_sql_referenced_entities or sys.dm_sql_referencing_entities
