How can I find Who (user id) delete records last week /last month?
in sql databases?
is there any third party? or from sql server 2008 MSSM .

I don't think you can, unless you had set up some type of audit or trace beforehand. There is none that is set up by default.

deletes at times can be found in sql server logs if enabled.. truncates will NOT.

you need to create a trigger to audit DML operations for that...
